This is a section for Record Center that you should read, if I
understand this they are saying that it can manage physical records. I
think one will really have to give it a try before making a decision on
whether or not it will work.

Barcodes This feature provides each record with a unique barcode image
and numeric value. The value of the barcode is stored and indexed along
with the electronic version of the record. In the context of records
management, barcodes are useful for retaining and tracking physical
records. When the records in a library have physical versions, barcodes
provide a way to correlate the physical versions with their electronic
counterparts.

Par for the course for Microsoft. Remember when they introduced Excel?
And they decided not to follow the formula structure introduced by
Lotus 1-2-3 and other predecessor spreadsheet software. I still get
confused by Excel, but remember how to do it in Lotus and Quattro Pro.

I wonder what other changes they've made
