You may have to get something custom built. Here in Oz there are several
companies (eg http://www.reflexequip.com.au/) which specialise in trolleys,
ladders and other equipment for moving stuff around. They will custom build
if their catalogue items don't meet your requirements. I'd be delighted if
you dealt with a company from up here but exchange rates and shipping costs
may mean you'd prefer to find someone similar in your area!
