The Chair's statement is not accurate by ignoring the information on
and in correspondence with the Election Department. For example,
letterheads include addresses for email and websites of candidates.
Please update your statement and more accurately reflect the
information candidates include in their communications with the
Election Department, with the Board of Commissioners.

If the information, correspondence, communications from candidates happen
to include addresses for email and websites, please disclose the addresses
for email and websites. In that case where candidates communicated by
email, please disclose the addresses for email. Continuing the denial
would represent you as a less accurate Election Department.
