Hello to everyone! 

I just signed up for this listserv and thought I would introduce myself 
first and solicit some advice/opinions second. 

First of, I work for Vertex Pharmaceuticals in Cambridge MA as an 
information specialist in the library and have only been doing so as of a 
couple months ago, so I am still fairly new to the unique challenges 
facing my group.  In specific I work as part of the records management 
team. 

I am wondering what other organizations use for Retention Schedule 
software?  I have looked into Retention Manager 3 and it certainly looks 
usable I am just not convinced as of yet if it is the best solution.  I am 
curious to hear any suggestions, stories of success or failure and any 
other helpful information concerning different software options.  Thank 
you in advance for your help!
