I do not have an opinion on these vendors as of yet however we do had
Filenet and Tower respond to our RFI. They are doing demos for us next
week. We also had SAP/Open Text, Documentum and Microsoft Sharepoint.
Does anyone have any opinions on SAP/Open Text? We are an SAP Shop for
our finanicals and our customer care areas.

We're a 400 person organization who received some great responses to a
Content Management RFP.
I'm now interested in any feedback on our short-listed solutions:
IBM - Filenet
Perceptive Software - Image Now
Tower Software
Hyland - On Base
I am interested in implementation, training, ease of use, necessary
customization, support, etc. Any candid comments/opinions on these
packages would be appreciated.
Please no vendor responses from these respective firms.
