Albin:
AIIM TR2-1998 does not define the terms "electronic records" or
"electronic documents."  The standard is in the process of being
updated, but I do not see these terms in the new draft either.

The new ARMA Glossary also does not define the terms "electronic
records" or "electronic documents."  

I also looked at both parts of ISO 15489, AIIM ARP 1-2007, and the
latest draft of ISO 12651 (document management applications vocabulary).
The terms are not defined in any of these documents.
