Boy, I need to wipe the fog off my glasses. I read the below list a bit
with a RM perspective. When I saw "Santana-Abraxas", I read it as
"Sarbanes-Oxley". OK, wiped off the glasses, blinked a few times, now
maybe I'm back on track. :)

"Twenty-five years ago this month, copies of the compact disc "The
Visitors"
rolled off a German production line. The album, the last studio effort
by the Swedish pop group ABBA, was the first commercial pressing of a
CD."

I knew it was 1982, but had no idea ABBA was the first CD commercially
pressed. When I bought my first CD, it was a batch of about 6 of them.
Among the group was The Beatles- Rubber Soul and the White Album,
Santana-Abraxas, The Who- Who's Next?, and of course, Pink Floyd- The
Dark Side of the Moon =)
