Dear List,

Have recently joined a UK Law Firm that uses the LegalKEY RM system.

I am hoping to contact other LegalKEY users/administators to gather as
much information as possible on how other firm's have
implemented/configured LegalKEY. I am also interested in the issues
they have come across in its configuration/daily use and what its
strengths and weaknesses are. I am also specifically interested in
if/how other firms have used the retention/disposal module.

I have several years experience as a Records Manager (in the Oil & Gas,
Finance and Legal Sectors in the UK and in Asia) and have rolled out
several DM, RM and EDRM systems.

Any information provided will help inform a decision as to whether or
not to retain and configure LegalKEY RM further or whether to move to a
new system entirely.

Any information given will be 'anonymized' and no firms or individuals
will be identified or quoted 'on-the-record' in any internal reporting I
undertake. I am also happy to copy the anonymized findings to any
interested individuals.

Any help, advice, horror stories, successes, etc would be greatly
appreciated.

Regards,

Clifford Campbell
