Our Organization just purchased and have started implementing Interwoven
RM. We were to implement Worksite next, then the DM part of the
software. We are NOT a law firm. If anyone would like to contact me
off list, I would be happy to discuss the software and the company.

Subject: Re: [RM] Interwoven Records Management Software

"... does anyone have any thoughts good or bad about the Interwoven
Records Management software?" Joe (Joseph Adamkiewicz)

I've actually just started trying to get some information on Interwoven
RM software from someone other than the sales staff. My firm has been
given a demo of the product and I very much liked what I saw. I went to
the ARMA blog and posted a question about it, but I have yet to receive
a response that's "on point." I went through the list's archives, but
found only references to the DM. I thought that since Interwoven caters
its product to law firms, there would be someone out there (even if they
weren't from Southern California) with some experience, but judging from
the responses I've gotten and the lack of response on this list to Joe's
question, I'm beginning to think that the product really hasn't been
sold to anyone?

Is RM software something only the big firms get? Is there anyone out
there in the small to medium size range (10 to 50 lawyers) firm that has
a RM package in place and really likes it? I don't want to feel as if
I'm doomed to "making do" with a generic database package/Access/etc if
there's hope (and a working product on the market)... Anyone?????
