> Is there a data model available from DoD for this system?

Hello Pilar,

If it is high-level data model that you are looking for, you may try EU’s
MoReq/MoReq2 or UK’s PRO (TNA) 2002 specifications (they call it
entity-relationship model). At the high level European specifications are
similar enough to DoD’s.

In MoReq see chapters 13.2 and 2. MoReq is downloadable from:
http://www.cornwell.co.uk/edrm/moreq.asp#moreqdownload

Different model can be found in MoReq2 draft specifications (same chapters):
http://www.moreq2.eu/panellists.htm

UK PRO (TNA) 2002 specifications can be found here:
http://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/electronicrecords/reqs2002/default.htm

See, for example, p7. (Entity relationships) in Reference document, or p.26
in Revised Reference Document.

Hope this information is useful.

With best regards,
Natasha
