Dear All,

I am a new subscriber, well not really new, because I left the listserv in 2005.
I work for a financial exchange (called Euronext) that merged this year with the New York Stock Exchange.
So I have to work with Americans.
I am now setting up a new archiving policy/procedure for our upper-management.
Can someone share his or her policy?
