Dan,
Very nice web site.  I especially like your definition of 'Record', which
incorporates the concepts of Content, Context, and Structure into the
definition, as well as a concept I'm not as familiar with, Fixity.  These
qualities provide a much fuller definition than just the standard
"information in any format created or received in the course of business
that is maintained to provide evidence of that business" or similar generic
phrasing.  If someone really wants to know "What is a record?", I think that
they need to appreciate the essential characteristics of Content, Context
and Structure in providing "record" stature to a particular document or
piece of information.  Well done.
