Absolutely. I have used a number of tools over the years, some by choice
and others because they were the corporate standard. But I have never found
a better tool for creating process charts that are understood by the folks
that actually do the work. And no offense to the developers or BPA's in the
audience, but if the users don't completely understand your process diagram,
you don't understand the process.
Graham Charting is the only tool I recommend.
