I sincerely hope that as many colleagues as possible have the unique chance to help create a program from scratch.  The lessons learned in RIM are REMARKABLE.  There are no certainties in choosing records as a profession.  The disciplines involved, the corporate culture, the influence one may have, the opportunities to establish the credibility of our profession...I will never forget the experience I've had at Cheniere and I would wish such an experience for everyone--especially a company like ours which is so focused not just on email management, but electronic records overall...
