SEC Targets Ex-NFL Player for Withholding Records

Jones, who once claimed to manage more than $40 million in assets for
athletes and other clients, repeatedly withheld documents, the Securities
and Exchange Commission said in a statement today. He later said they were
either destroyed by fire, in a moving truck or sold by a storage company,
the Washington-based SEC said.

``There is certainly something suspicious when you get alternate stories,''
said Marc Fagel, an SEC enforcement attorney overseeing the case.

Now what's IRONic about this story is ALL THREE COULD BE TRUE depending on
who his service provider was!!!
