Do you have the California Code for the Statute of
Limitations that you are referring to that requires 7 years?

T + 6 is based on the statute of limitations for the state
of Washington. Here I do T + 7 since we have to take into
account California. 

And this is strictly personnel records - not medical,
retirement, etc.
