Hello all,

We use a database that was created in Access.  The following information 
is entered into the database:

Hold number
Matter name 
Hold notice date
Matter description
Types of records to be held
Name and contact information of outside counsel
Name of persons notified and sites where they are located
Entities named in the matter

You can search the case name, outside counsel, entity name and site fields 
but you cannot search the matter description or records to be held fields. 
 You can also sort the legal holds alphabetically or by number.
