My additions are:

Russian    - GOST R ISO 15489-1-2007
Ukrainian - DSTU 4423-2005 (both parts)
Serbian     - SRPS ISO 15489:2007 (both parts)
Catalan language (province of Catalonia, Spain)
Croatian   - HRN ISO 15489-1:2004
Spanish     - UNE-ISO 15489-1: 2006
Estonian   - EVS-ISO 15489-1:2004
Latvian
Polish (?) - PN-ISO 15489:2006
