Actually I have found some other interesting issues in my work:
1. How can we contribute to Merger & Acquisitions projects? It's not fair
to say that there is no RIM in M&A projects. The fact is that certain RIM
related issues have been taken care of in a decentralized way, and various
functions deal with their own records reviews and transfers. So what/how
can we contribute to M&A projects? Any ideas from the real experiences?

2. How to manage the records created in the outsourced services? For
example, when facility maintenance or other functions are outsourced, what
special suggestions or instructions we can give to the involved
departments? I think the RIM fundamental requirements are mandatory, and
won't change no matter what. My question is that will the situation of
outsourcing make things a little different, and more specific instructions
are needed? What are the specific instructions/points, then? the records
are not only on paper, but also in electronci format.

Hopefully I make my questions clear. Contact me offlist if necessary.
