This is for anyone in Canadian municipal government. We're compiling some
stats on who is currently using an EDMS to manage their e-records in the
municipal setting and which system they chose. We're searching the net too
but that usually doesn't yield much background info.
We use OpenText (Hummingbird) and are attempting to re-vamp our approach
after less than stellar usage since it was deployed. We want some stats to
demonstrate we're not alone and what others using. Thanks for any and all
responses - on or offline.
