When we kicked off our ECM/RMA project at a place I used to work, we
provided T-shirts and water bottles with a theme we had selected. We
also provided breakfast on kickoff morning and that helped to get people
excited and added some momentum to our project.

Subject: Ice Breaker forInformation Records Management
We are embarking on kicking off our Enterprise -wide records management
program . This program has been in the design and create stage for over
a year now - as you can imagine, we are a bit excited and nervous.
One of the challenges is making it fun without being too goofy. That
said I am looking for an ice breaker we can use as we initiate the
program.
Does anyone have any ideas for something that would engage, represent
record management core deliverables and add a bit of fun to a very dry
subject?
