Short description: 

-         Provides support for review and implementation of records
management practices

-         Responsible for maintenance of enterprise retention schedule,
implementation for all formats 

-         Assists in the development of retention schedule strategies
for content management application & enterprise-wide taxonomy and
classification 

-         Responsible for managing processes for maintaining policies
and procedures 

-         Participates in the development of education and awareness for
records management and policies and procedures.

-         Includes the day-to-day maintenance of for records management,
corporate-wide access to practices and client support for the
application. 

-         Ability to analyze business processes and communicate
technical issues in a manner that is generally understandable is a
critical competency.  

 

Required:  BA in Information management, Business, Library Science or
related discipline; 3-5 years experience in records management, managing
policies and procedures or other business process.  An additional three
years of directly related experience may be substituted for the degree
requirement.

Desired: Previous experience in document or records management; project
management skills; experience with Adobe publishing products; CRM or MLS
highly desirable.
