Well, that's all fine & dandy if you actually pay attention to such
things.... But it's so difficult you know, to use the resources that are
right at your fingertips, especially if you prefer to use the "stream of
consciousness" philosophy in how you manage your daily life....

times
here.

Also,. take a look at past ARMA Conference proceedings, as there have
been
an untold number of excellent presentations made on this subject.
