The industrial toters they use can stand up to quite a lot, and as I
said, they are locked and go INSIDE a locked truck. In addition, the
shredding facility is not that far from our building.  Upon occasion,
I've actually followed the truck (unbeknownst to them) to be sure that
it is indeed a dedicated run.  Nothing like a little due diligence,
followed by a Starbucks run, to ensure compliance!  The vendor could
lose its NAID certification, also.

I, too, sleep well and the powers that be are happy to save some $$$. I
know it's not about the money but wanted to make the point that it isn't
all or nothing.  Each company has to assess the risk v. cost and decide
what it's worth to them.
