What I really appreciate about the "Records Manager's Guide" is that it
comes with a complementary towel. With that towel, I am ready for
anything.

David,
I will "me too" on the new David Stephens book "Records Management:
Making the Transition from Paper to Electronic", "Myth of the Paperless
Office", "Information Nation" AND "Information Nation Warrior".

Another valuable part of my reference shelf is a copy of the Sedona
Guidelines, ISO 15489, DOD 5015.2, ANSI/ARMA Standard "Records
Management for Records and Information", and Moreq plus lots of great
bookmarks, my copies of the IMJ and some archived listserv posts so I
don't have to go hunting for them.

Art really got me with the "Record Manager's Guide".....I bit and
actually went looking for it......guess there is a sucker born every
day!!
