Good afternoon RIM Folks,

Have any of you in the financial services sector looked at the impact of
the Market in Financial Services Directive (MiFID) effective November,
2007 on retention of your records? I have found several whitepapers and
articles but am looking for the Directive itself and any language
explaining which investment firms/banks will need to comply with this
European Union directive.
