I doubt there is one place where all 50 states' regs are. Possibly one
of the commercial databases like Zasio's Retention would have all 50.

Hello,
My name is Kris Roth and I am a library assistant at the law firm of
Squire, Sanders & Dempsey in Washington DC. I am looking for a resource
that surveys and details state medical record retention requirements
particularly for imaging records--X-rays, MRIs etc. I have been
unsuccessful in locating such a resource. If anyone can provide me with
information as to how to procure such information and/or if indeed there
is a central source where such information is gathered I would greatly
appreciate it.
