Trudy:
It was either "Buried Alive" or "For the Record."  These videos are some
of the many videos relating to legal, security, internet/e-mail, records
management, and records protection that are available from Commonwealth
Films.  They are a bit pricey, and Commonwealth has a very strict
copyright policy, but they also have government pricing and volume
discounts.  I know they try to keep most of their videos current and
they also produce new ones from time to time.
