Are there any records and/or library professionals out there who are
also responsible for knowledge management in their organizations, i.e.,
capture and management of internal work product and intellectual
capital?  If so, I'd be interested in hearing from anyone who is using a
commercial software product; specifically, are you using a product that
you highly recommend or, conversely, that you don't recommend?  Feel
free to send any negative comments directly to me off-list.  Thanks.
