I started out with the Barron's book and the RIM Fundamentals Series 1 (from the ARMA bookstore), I then added the Vital Records Programs booklet and a book on Electronic Records Retention. It took a few cycles and a mentor, but I recently passed and now have my CRM.

Subject: Which management book do you recommend for Part 1 of CRM exams?

I am looking at the bibliography provided by ICRM. I wonder which management book is a must-have as the Robet/Brown/Stephens book - Information and Records Management?

Any suggestions? Thanks!
