Hello Listserv Members,

I am reviewing the AIIM 12-step list for ECM implementation.  Although 
this is extremely helpful, I'm wondering if anyone has a similar list that 
emphasizes the phases after product selection. In particular, one that 
links different implementation activities to the responsible work unit(s), 
e.g. RM Unit, IT group, end user office, etc.
