I have a question for the List that I did not find much on when searching
the archives:

"Preservation has always been a core function provided by custodians... by
their very nature. With the growing awareness surrounding eDiscovery,
what is the custodians role in terms of the discovery process...
specifically the eDiscovery? Beyond producing specific documents/records
as requested by authorized record owners, is there added responsibilities
today with electronic records, non-records, and plain old information?"

I am curious to the thoughts of the List, both in-house records maangers
and third party service providers (please specify your perspective if you
respond).

Thanks!
