In addition, you may wish to contact Galina Dostoyevskaya, the product
manager at CA for "CA Records Manager" (formerly MDY Filesurf). Galina
has truly vast experience in this area, and I'm sure she'll be glad to
help you out. NOTE:  I wrote Galina's last name from memory, and am not
totally sure of the correct spelling, so you may have to do some
research to get it right (my apologies to you AND Galina).
