"Lord" Steven Jan Vander Ark has a popular Harry Potter fan site and was
publishing an encyclopedia/index of the fantasy series.  He cried on the
stand during a plagiarism trial for quoting from J.K. Rowling without
adding substantive criticism or analysis.
