Does anyone one have a Lessons Learned list for centralized and
decentralized training efforts and Records Management and ECM - I am
interested in both the high level lists (the common sense things that
are sometimes overlooked) as well as a more granular list (specifics).  
To include:
Classroom training
Awareness
CBT course
Communications
Culture Change
Etc.
