Good afternoon,

I lead our Records Management Team in monthly, working lunches where we discuss and review current RM issues here at Colonial. They serve in an advisory capacity, and have been extremely dedicated, helpful, and supportive in building the RM program here (we’ve just published our new RM policy and our new records retention schedules on Monday, so we’ve reached two major milestone), and I’d like to do something special for them at one of our upcoming meetings.

I’m curious first, as to whether any of you have such a team or advisory group in place? If so, then how do/have/would you show your appreciation to them?

Now I provide food for our working lunch meetings, so having a party type of thing wouldn’t necessarily be unique. Do any of you have giveaways? Gift certificates? I want to say “thanks” but am trying to find some unique way of doing that in a RM-sort of way. As usual, any and all ideas and responses are appreciated.

  Thanks.
  Earl
