Good evening,

One of our departments has built a pretty kewl MS Access 2007 database and needs to print file folder labels directly from it. The labels will contain a number of pieces of information from the database, including a bar code (Code 39). I’ve looked at a couple of commercial products but so far, all I’ve seen requires you to either re-enter or import the MS Access data into their software for printing, and we’re trying to avoid any extra steps. Does anyone know of any labeling software that works directly with MS Access 2007, and also provides color coding? We’d like to be able to use the strip label format for the folders, and we’ll also need to find a source for label stock.

As usual, any and all responses would be much appreciated.

  Thanks.
  Earl
