We ordered old 45 records and then created a message on the record using
Labels maker (the size is a great fit.)  We could just peel off the
completed label and put it over the old record label.
We used our logo (which I happen to think deserves an award) and
included a customized yet personal thank you message.  People have them
hanging up in their offices!  It was a huge hit!!
