Believe it or not, we're ALL (mostly) "busy" professionals as well - but
sometimes it's fun to loosen up and let the lighter side shine.
I think that there's more than enough "serious" information exchanged
here to compensate for the occasional digression - and half the fun of
the Listserv is the social, as well as the professional aspect. I don't
know about you, but I tend to hold the advice or opinion of someone that
I'd enjoy sharing a cocktail within in much higher esteem than someone
whose company (and personality) I don't enjoy. And personality is
PRETTY apparent based on the tone of these posts...

Rarely do I post to this list, however, this is one subject that I feel
I need to voice my concern about.
I, personally, joined this list to educate myself about the field of
RIM. I'm not interested in sports, or song titles, or anything that
diverges from RIM.
Yesterday, I deleted 40 messages that were not of use to me. Only 6 of
them were RIM related, the other 34 were about song titles - 34! I am a
busy professional, I do not have time for such frivolity.
Maybe there is another forum for such thing and we can keep this list
for RIM specific issues? I know that I would appreciate it.
