Several years ago, for an annual records awareness day with a former
employer, I worked on creating an "Activity Book", which was pretty much a
spoof of a kids book. It had records management word searches,
crosswords, and simple drawings to color, all with records messages.
I had unearthed a copy of a "Security Coloring Book" done in the 50's,
which was tremendously politically incorrect by today's standards (yet
quite entertaining!), but the style it was done in caught my eye.
For example, under a picture of an open file drawer with PII, an irritated
supervisor and shocked employee, was a caption similiar to "My boss found
I wasn't securing sensitive employee data... color me fired!"
No reason we can't have fun while learning!
