If you don't have access to databases like ERIC or EBSCO through your
organization, try your local public library. Most have a pretty good
selection of databases that can be accessed remotely.
I've recently started in a RM position after working in a library for
several years, and I used the databases from my public library to read
through the back files of the major RIM publications. I still have a
ways to go before I feel like I really know what I'm doing, but at least
I can understand most of the lingo.
Good luck!
