Hi David,

Yes. Was involved with multiple organizations that installed it and then
had to uninstall it...

Imagine looking up "David Gaynon" and all documents containing your name
show up. You'll get back three categories of documents...

1. Benign (any document you are mentioned in that has no confidentiality
importance),
2. Appropriately Secured: (a confidential document that references you but
which is appropriately password protected), and
3. Security Breech: (a confidential document that references you and is not
password protected)

Itıs category #3 thatıs an issue. In a big firm, such documents are
everywhere, on peopleıs personal drives (especially since personal home
drives tend to be networked via a SAN these days). You canıt help but bring
up tons of such documents from groups like HR and Finance. It became a huge
security issue in each firm that used it, from small hospitals to large
financial enterprises.

I hope this helps.

My Best,

Frank
