First and foremost, you should stress that the Conference is the only
event where you can get such a variety and volume of RIM oriented
training in person. You could start with choosing some of the sessions
from the schedule
(http://www.arma.org/conference/2008/PDF/ScheduleEvents.pdf) that you
believe would directly benefit or impact your RIM program.  Tie them
into existing or planned RIM initiatives at your organization.  Also,
you might want to check the CORE Competencies
(http://www.arma.org/bookstore/productdetail.cfm?ProductID=2276) and tie
those in to your program and your learning needs as each session has
been tied to the competencies by the presenters.
