Hello all.

I have recently joined this listserv to learn more about Records
Management and also to seek knowledge to grow within my State Agency.
Eventually, I would like to pursue the CRM certification.

Currently, I am trying to run my section using an Access DB and a few
spreadsheets.  However, I believe that there must be other tools out
there that would serve my section better.

If you know of any, please let me know.
