Ok hold on let's slow down here. I think folks are starting let reality go the way of the stock market. Not sure but I think that "Peter is Correct is the third or fourth sign (you have to ask Childress he keeps tack of that stuff). There are quite a few laws and regs out there. One that springs to mind is a requirement to return the original inked copy of a loan agreement to the personthat signed the for the loan. Nothing says you have to keep the inked paper, or you can't image it, just that you have to be able ot return it. Pretty interesting how folks interpret that one. 

I recommend that you pay special attention to Archival records. No telling what could happen in you started scanning them and disposing of them (again ask Charles about signs).
