We didn't "kill" the ISGs. We really suspended them to get a better idea of how best to serve the industry side of our members--as opposed to the geographic side served by the chapters. Once our Implementation Task Force, ably led by Nick De Laurentis, gets through the basic reorganization of the Board, and we all begin our new processes, I firmly believe we will see how special interest groups, like banking or imaging could fit into our overall structure.

In the meantime, several groups have figured out very beneficial ways of coming together and continuing to solve problems.
