personally I think a 2 percentage point rise is commendable from 13% to 15%.
I will say this though my ballot was identified by gmail as being spam and
had put it in the spam folder. If I hadn't gone to look there I would have
missed it. Once I located the ballot the voting process itself was
easy-peasy.

I appreciate having simple reminders sent to the listserv that the deadline
is drawing near
