Just to point out that your specific level of box activity may have
nothing to do with repacking charges. Many CRCs use pretty high density
storage techniques (for example, boxes 3 deep x 3 high x n wide). This
could require the movement of as many as 8 boxes to get to the one
located on the bottom in the back. This kind of stacking adds wear to
boxes, particularly if there is a relatively high level of activity. The
damage to a given box may have no relation to its level of activity, but
rather the activity of surrounding boxes. This may be why there is a
reluctance to indicate which specific boxes have been repacked.
