I was a member of BFMA for many years (and President of the Seattle chapter for some of those years). BFMA is an organization much like ARMA, except their focus is on business forms. I found them to be an excellent resource. They have chapters in most major cities in the U.S and Canada. I believe someone has pointed you to their website, bfma.org, for more information.

 

Robert Barnett is an excellent resource for forms information, especially forms design. He has written several books on forms and has white papers available on his website. He is based in Australia, but is active in BFMA and often speaks at their annual conference in the U.S. His web site is; http://www.rbainformationdesign.com.au/default.html
