I work for a large Insurance Company, 30,000 employees.  The past couple of 
years we have focused on Enterprise-Wide Electronic Records Management for 
structured and unstructured records.  We have got a system in place for 
those records.  

Now we are tackeling Enterprise-Wide email management.  We are preparing 
high level use cases for capturing emails, searching and retention 
management.  We do not have a specific application that we are basing the 
use cases off of.  Does anybody have any information they could share with 
me on this subject?
